 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 395

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 395,  on  page  4,
 3    lines  1  and  3,  by  inserting  after  "center" wherever it
 4    appears the following:
 5    ", regardless of the time of day or time of year"; and

 6    on page 4, lines 21 and 22 by deleting "State  certified  and
 7    licensed".
