 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 529

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 529 on page 3,  by
 3    replacing lines 10 through 14 with the following:
 4    "available   to   the   general   public  upon  request.   In
 5    implementing an integrated pest management program, a  school
 6    employee  pest control specialist should be designated to and
 7    that person should assume responsibility for the oversight of
 8    pest  management   practices   in   that   school   and   for
 9    recordkeeping requirements."; and

10    on  page  3,  line  27,  after  "students"  by inserting "and
11    employees"; and

12    on page 4, line 14, after "insecticide" by inserting "baits".
