 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 561

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 561,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:

 4    by replacing the title with the following:

 5        "AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Probate Act of 1975 by changing
 6    Sections 13-3 and 13-4."; and

 7    by deleting all of Section 5.
