 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 563

 2        AMENDMENT NO. ____.  Amend Senate Bill 563,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, line 12, by replacing "shall"  with  "may";
 5    and

 6    on  page  2,  immediately  below  line  9,  by  inserting the
 7    following:
 8        "(c)  Only one license may be issued under the  authority
 9    of  this  Section.  No  license may be issued after 18 months
10    after the effective date of this amendatory Act of  the  91st
11    General Assembly.".
