 3    replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following:
 4      "For Dentists...............................     53,977,600
 5      For Optometrists............................      8,175,800
 6      For Podiatrists.............................      2,714,200
 7      For Chiropractors........................... 1,219,800";and

 8    on   page   6,  line  28,  by  replacing  "$18,000,000"  with
 9    "$17,500,000".
