1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 625
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 625, by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT regarding appropriations."; and by replacing
5 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
6 "Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much
7 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Court of
8 Claims for its ordinary and contingent expenses:
9 CLAIMS ADJUDICATION
10 Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
11 For Personal Services........................... $ 793,700
12 For State Contribution to State Employees'
13 Retirement System........................... 76,200
14 For Employee Retirement Contributions
15 Paid by Employer............................ 31,800
16 For State Contribution to Social Security....... 60,700
17 For Contractual Services........................ 33,200
18 For Travel...................................... 12,200
19 For Commodities................................. 7,500
20 For Printing.................................... 3,000
21 For Equipment................................... 4,000
22 For Telecommunications Services................. 3,500

1 For Reimbursement for Incidental
2 Expenses Incurred by Judges................... 35,300
3 Total $1,061,100
4 Section 10. The amount of $128,300, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Court of Claims
6 Administration and Grant Fund to the Court of Claims for
7 administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation
8 Act.
9 Section 15. The following named amounts, or so much
10 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Court of
11 Claims for payment of claims as follows:
12 For claims under the Crime Victims
13 Compensation Act:

15 For claims other than Crime Victims:
16 Payable from the General Revenue Fund......... 4,100,000

23 Section 9999. Effective date. This Act takes effect
24 July 1, 1999.".
