 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 646

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 646,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by replacing the title with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Health Facilities Planning
 5    Act."; and

 6    by replacing everything after the enacting  clause  with  the
 7    following:

 8        "Section  5.  The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act
 9    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

10        (20 ILCS 3960/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1151)
11        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
12    cited as the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.
