 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 675

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 675, on page 5  by
 3    replacing line 5 with the following:

 4    "case  of  a municipality, may also be used for park district
 5    or municipal"; and

 6    on page 10 by replacing line 24 with the following:

 7    "case of a municipality, may also be used for  park  district
 8    or municipal"; and

 9    on page 13 by replacing line 17 with the following:

10    "and  cannabis  and,  in  case of a municipality, may also be
11    used for park".
