 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 725

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  725  on  page  1,
 3    line  22,  by replacing "Cooperative." with "Cooperative from
 4    the Illinois Aquaculture Development  Fund,  a  special  fund
 5    created  in  the State Treasury.  On July 1, 1999 and on each
 6    July 1 thereafter through July 1, 2008, the Comptroller shall
 7    order transferred and the Treasurer shall transfer $1,000,000
 8    from the General Revenue Fund into the  Illinois  Aquaculture
 9    Development Fund."; and

10    on  page  2,  by  replacing  lines 21 through 24 with "report
11    shall detail whether the Cooperative funding should be"; and

12    on page 2, line 30, by replacing "Sections 5.490  and  6z-47"
13    with "Section 5.490"; and

14    by deleting pages 3 through 62; and

15    on page 63, by deleting lines 1 through 32.
