 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 734

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 734,  on  page  2,
 3    line  11,  page  4, line 20, page 5, line 8, and page 6, line
 4    33, by inserting after "units", each  time  it  appears,  the
 5    following:

 6    "with   individual  unit  legal  descriptions  based  upon  a
 7    recorded plat of a subdivision"; and

 8    on page 3, line 30 and page 5, line 32,  by  inserting  after
 9    "dwellings", each time it appears, the following:

10    "with   individual  unit  legal  descriptions  based  upon  a
11    recorded plat of a subdivision".
