 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 753

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  753  on  page  6,
 3    line 28, by inserting "of" after "all"; and

 4    on  page  7,  by  replacing  lines  13  through  15  with the
 5    following:
 6        "(b)  The  Illinois  Department   of   Corrections,   the
 7    Department  of  Human Services, and the Prisoner Review Board
 8    shall  cooperate   with   the   Attorney   General   in   the
 9    implementation  of this Section and shall provide information
10    as necessary to the effective operation of the system."; and

11    on page 7, line 32, by inserting "and" after "establish"; and

12    on page 8, by replacing line 5 with the following:
13    State's Attorneys, Illinois Department  of  Corrections,  and
14    Prisoner Review Board".
