 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 840

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 840 as follows:
 3    on page 14, line 4, by replacing "State Board  of  Education"
 4    with "Capital Development Board"; and

 5    on  page  14,  lines  25 and 26, by replacing "State Board of
 6    Education" with "Capital Development Board"; and

 7    on page 15, lines 2 and  3,  by  replacing  "State  Board  of
 8    Education" with "Capital Development Board"; and

 9    on  page 15, line 23, by replacing "State Board of Education"
10    with "Capital Development Board".
