 1        AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  is
 5    amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 2)
 7        Sec.  2.  Department  defined.  The word "department," as
 8    used in this Act shall, unless the context otherwise  clearly
 9    indicates,   mean   the  several  departments  of  the  State
10    Government as designated in Section 3 of this Act,  and  none
11    other.
