 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1029

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1029 by  inserting
 3    at the end of the bill the following:

 4        "Section  99.   Effective date.  This Act takes effect on
 5    December 31, 2002.".
