 1        AN ACT concerning economic development.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  is
 5    amended by changing Section 46.5 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 605/46.5) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.5)
 7        Sec.  46.5  To  encourage  the  growth  and  expansion of
 8    industries now existing within this the  State  by  providing
 9    comprehensive     business     services     and     promoting
10    interdepartmental cooperation for assistance to industries.
