 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1158

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1158 on page 5, by
 3    inserting below line 1 the following:
 4        "(f)  The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 91st
 5    General Assembly  do  not  apply  to  rules  adopted  by  the
 6    Pollution   Control   Board   under   Section   28.5  of  the
 7    Environmental Protection Act.".
