 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1183

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1183, on  page  3,
 3    line  1, by replacing "of an equity interest" with "thereof";
 4    and

 5    on page 4, by replacing line 7 with the following:
 6    "consistent with subdivision (a)(2)(B) of"; and

 7    on page 4, line 13, by deleting "on"; and

 8    on page 4, line 14, by deleting "and"; and

 9    on  page  4,  line  24,  by  replacing   "subsections"   with
10    "subsection"; and

11    on page 5, line 32, by deleting "on and"; and

12    on  page  8,  line  18,  by  replacing  "this  Section"  with
13    "subdivision (a)(2)".
