 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1326

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1326  on  page  3,
 3    line 33, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4        "For   the   purposes   of   this  subsection  (d-1),  an
 5    inter-affiliate  includes  a  mutual  insurer  under   common
 6    management.".
