 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1382

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1382, on  page  1,
 3    line 25, by inserting after "imposed" the following:
 4    "for  a  violation  of  this  Section that is chargeable as a
 5    Class 3 or Class 4 felony".
