 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1513

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1513, AS  AMENDED,
 3    on page 2, by replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:

 4    "danger  to  the  public health or safety, contracts totaling
 5    not more than $40,000 $250,000  may  be  let  to  the  extent
 6    necessary to".
