 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1541

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1541 on page 2  by
 3    replacing line 11 with the following:
 4    "this  Section.   The provisions of this Section shall not in
 5    any way diminish or replace  other  civil  or  administrative
 6    remedies  available to a customer or class of customers under
 7    the Public Utilities Act."; and

 8    on  page  2,  line  13,  by  changing  "tree   trimming"   to
 9    "vegetation management practices"; and

10    on page 2, line 14, by deleting "activities".
