 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1550

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1550  on  page  1,
 3    line 29, by inserting after "district" the following:

 4    "organized under the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act";
 5    and

 6    on  page  1,  line  30,  by  replacing  "that  area" with the
 7    following:

 8    "500 feet of the building from which the food is dispensed".
