 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1567

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1567 as follows:
 3    on page 2, by deleting lines 2 through 28; and

 4    on page 9, below line 11, by inserting the following:
 5        "The  requirement  of  the  signature  of  an  additional
 6    witness imposed by this amendatory Act of  the  91st  General
 7    Assembly applies only to instruments executed on or after the
 8    effective  date  of  this  amendatory Act of the 91st General
 9    Assembly.".
