 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1577

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1577 on page 3  by
 3    deleting lines 28 through 31; and

 4    on page 4 by deleting lines 1 through 5; and

 5    on page 4, line 9, by replacing "22-member" with "23-member";
 6    and

 7    on  page  4,  line 15, after "Merrionette Park", by inserting
 8    "and the Chairman of the Commuter Rail Board (created in  the
 9    Regional   Transportation   Authority  Act)  or  his  or  her
10    designee".
