 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1588

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1588, AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:

 4    in  Section  5, Sec. 12-801, the first sentence of subsection
 5    (b), by replacing "public service" with "public safety".
