1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1651
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1651 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 6 with the following:
4 "Sections 5.237 and 6z-19 as follows:"; and
5 by replacing line 11 with the following:
6 "Fund. This Section is repealed June 30, 2004 2000."; and
7 immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:
8 "(30 ILCS 105/6z-19) (from Ch. 127, par. 142z-19)
9 (This Section is scheduled to be repealed June 30, 2000)
10 Sec. 6z-19. Capital Development Board Revolving Fund;
11 Payments Into and Use. All monies received by the Capital
12 Development Board for publications or copies issued by the
13 Board, and all monies received for contract administration
14 fees, charges or reimbursements owing to the Board shall be
15 deposited into a special fund known as the Capital
16 Development Board Revolving Fund, which is hereby created in
17 the State Treasury. The monies in this Fund shall be used by
18 the Capital Development Board, as appropriated, for
19 expenditures for personal services, retirement, social
20 security, contractual services, legal services, travel,
21 commodities, printing, equipment, electronic data processing
22 or telecommunications. Unexpended moneys in the Fund shall

1 not be transferred or allocated by the Comptroller or
2 Treasurer to any other fund, nor shall the Governor authorize
3 the transfer or allocation of those moneys to any other fund.
4 This Section is repealed June 30, 2004 2000.

7 "1.5% of the contract amount. This Section is repealed June
8 30, 2004 2000.".
