1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1881
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1881, AS AMENDED,
3 in the introductory clause of Section 3, after "Section 7a",
4 by inserting "and adding Section 277"; and
5 in Section 3, after the end of Sec. 7a, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(70 ILCS 2605/277 new)
8 Sec. 277. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of
9 this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the
10 corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
11 District are extended to include within those limits the
12 following described tracts of land that are annexed to the
13 District:
