 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1888

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1888 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 10, after "(a)", by inserting  "This  Section
 4    does not apply to a school district under the jurisdiction of
 5    an Inspector General appointed pursuant to Article 34 of this
 6    Code."; and

 7    on page 2, by deleting lines 21 through 34; and

 8    on page 3, by deleting line 1; and

 9    on page 3, line 2, by replacing "(f)" with "(e)".
