 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1929

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1929 by  replacing
 3    the title with the following:
 4        "AN ACT in relation to taxes."; and

 5    by  replacing  everything  after the enacting clause with the
 6    following:

 7        "Section 1. Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 8    Qualified  Technological Equipment Leasing Occupation and Use
 9    Tax Act.".
