 1               AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 21

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Joint Resolution 21, on
 3    page 1, line 8, by replacing "affects" with "effects"; and

 4        on page 1, by replacing lines  27  through  29  with  the
 5    following:

 6        "WHEREAS,   FHA   does   not  require  pre-purchase  home
 7    inspections,  therefore  allowing  unsuspecting   buyers   to
 8    purchase defective homes; therefore, be it".
