1 Senate Joint Resolution No. 66
2 (As amended by Senate Amendment No. 1)
3 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
4 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated March 27,
5 2000, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
6 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
7 of the School Code; therefore, be it
8 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
9 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
10 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by
11 Huntley CSD 158 - McHenry with respect to a statement of
12 affairs, identified in the report filed by the State Board of
13 Education as request WM100-1384, is disapproved; and be it
14 further
15 RESOLVED, That the request made by Norridge SD 80 - Cook
16 with respect to tax levies, identified in the report filed by
17 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1449, is
18 disapproved; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
20 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
21 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by
22 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1422, is
23 disapproved; and be it further
24 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
25 Madison with respect to general State aid and average daily
26 attendance calculations, identified in the report filed by
27 the State Board of Education as request WM100-1423, is
28 disapproved; and be it further
29 RESOLVED, That the request made by Regional Office of
30 Education - Carroll/Jo Daviess/Stephenson with respect to
31 general State aid and average daily attendance calculations,
32 identified in the report filed by the State Board of

1 Education as request WM100-1440(R), is disapproved; and be it
2 further
3 RESOLVED, That the request made by Granite City CUSD 9 -
4 Madison with respect to the length of the school term,
5 identified in the report filed by the State Board of
6 Education as request WM100-1421 (renewal), is disapproved;
7 and be it further
8 RESOLVED, That the request made by Round Lake Area SD 116
9 - Lake with respect to debt limitations, identified in the
10 report filed by the State Board of Education as request
11 WM100-1428, is disapproved.
