following terms have the following meanings: Rescue unit means a unit of an unpaid volunteer fire fighting
organization which is specially trained for emergency rescue work such as
resuscitation of heart attack, drowning, suffocation or epilepsy victims,
recovery of bodies of drowning victims and similar activities; District means a geographical area designated by the Illinois State Police for
administration of laws by the Division of Fire Prevention of the
