Title: An Act to revise and codify the laws relating to the creation, maintenance and administration of retirement systems, pension funds, annuity and benefit funds and related pension and benefit laws for persons performing services for the state, its agencies, instrumentalities, political subdivisions and municipal corporations, and for the beneficiaries and dependents of such persons, to provide for a Commission to study such laws and to repeal certain Acts and parts of Acts herein named.
