Sec. 2.
The proposition shall be substantially in the following form:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Shall there be organized a forestpreserve district in accordance withthe order of the judge of the circuitcourt of .... county, dated (insert YESdate), to be known as (insert herethe name of the proposed district as ------------------------------------------------------------------entered in the order of the judge ofthe circuit court) and described as NOfollows: (insert description of theproposed district as entered in theorder of the judge of the circuitcourt)?"---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The clerk of the circuit court of the county shall cause a
statement of the result of the referendum in the proposed district
to be filed in the records of the circuit court of the county, and
if a majority of the votes cast in the proposed
district upon the question is found to be in favor of the
organization of a forest preserve district, the proposed
forest preserve district shall thenceforth be deemed an organized
forest preserve district under this Act.
