Title: An Act to require insurance companies to furnish to fire officials information relating to their investigation of certain types of property fire losses, to allow fire officials to furnish information relating to their investigations of certain types of property fire losses to insurance companies, to establish evidentiary rules relating to the use of the information, and to establish penalties for violations.
