(215 ILCS 150/) (Religious and Charitable Risk Pooling Trust Act.)

Title: An Act concerning the establishment and regulation of trusts for pooling of the risks of certain financial losses of not-for-profit corporations exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended, or hospitals owned and operated by units of local government and such units of local government, in relation to and to the extent of their liabilities arising from the ownership and operation of such hospitals, and to provide for the enforcement of this Act.
