The Department, at its expense, shall preserve the record of all proceedings at a formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint, all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the report of the Board and orders of the Department shall be in the record of the proceedings.(Source: P.A. 99-230, eff. 8-3-15.) The Department, at its expense, shall provide a certified shorthand reporter to take down the testimony and preserve the record of all proceedings at a formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint, all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the report of the Board and orders of the Department shall be in the record of the proceedings. The record may be made available to any person interested in the hearing upon payment of the fee required by Section 2105-115 of the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
