Sec. 60. Professional identification; advertising.

(a) A person who is licensed with the Department of Professional Regulation in this State may use the title "respiratory care practitioner" and the abbreviation "RCP".

(b) A licensee shall include in every advertisement for services regulated under this Act his or her title as it appears on the license or the initials authorized under this Act.

(a) A person who is licensed pursuant to this Act with the Department may use the title "respiratory care practitioner" and the abbreviation "RCP".

(b) A licensee shall include in every advertisement for services regulated under this Act the licensee's title as it appears on the license or the initials authorized under this Act.
