Title: An Act relating to control of the erection and maintenance of billboards and other outdoor advertising devices on lands adjacent to the Federal-Aid Primary System and the National System of Interstate and Defense Highways in Illinois, to provide for the administration thereof, and to repeal an Act named herein.
