Sec. 140. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of a person's license to practice as a Licensed Professional Geologist, the licensee shall immediately surrender the person's license to the Department and the licensee's name and address shall be added to the list of individuals whose licenses have been revoked, suspended, or denied renewal for cause. If the licensee fails to surrender the license, the Department has the right to seize the license.
