(315 ILCS 30/) (Urban Renewal Consolidation Act of 1961.)

Title: An Act in relation to the eradication and redevelopment of slum and blighted areas, for the development and redevelopment of blighted vacant areas, and the conservation of urban residential areas and the prevention of slums; and to provide for the creation and consolidation of instrumentalities that aid in the accomplishment of these purposes, and to define the rights, powers and duties of such instrumentalities and of political subdivisions and municipal corporations in connection therewith.
