Title: An Act relating to the establishment of County Agricultural and Home Economics Extension Councils and County Extension Boards to cooperate with the University of Illinois College of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service and the United States Department of Agriculture in conducting educational programs in agriculture, home economics and subjects relating thereto in the several counties, and authorizing the levy of an annual tax therefor.
