(520 ILCS 25/5)

Sec. 5. Definitions. As used in this Act:

"Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.

"Director" means the Director of Natural Resources.

"Trust Fund" means the Illinois Habitat Endowment Trust Fund created in Section 15.
