Sec. 3-11. Penalty. No person shall at any time falsely alter or change in any manner a certificate of number issued under the provisions hereof, or falsify any record required by this Act, or counterfeit any form of license provided for by this Act.

Sec. 3-11. Penalty. No person shall at any time:

(a) falsely alter or change in any manner a certificate of number issued under the provisions hereof;

(b) falsify any record required by this Act;

(c) falsify information on any application to the Department that is required to be provided to the Department by this Act; or

(d) counterfeit any form of license provided for by this Act.
