Title: An Act to legalize acknowledgments of deeds, mortgages, and other instruments in writing heretofore taken by any notary public, justice of the peace or other officer who was a stockholder in any corporation party to such deed, mortgage, or other instrument in writing at the time of taking such acknowledgment.
