Section 510.250  Claiming Price

a)         For a period of 30 days after the claim of a thoroughbred horse, the horse may race for the same claiming price or higher than the price at which it was claimed.  The horse is eligible to run back for a lesser price on the 31^st day after the claim.

b)         Starter handicap or starter allowance races are not subject to subsection (a).
