Section 166.280  Transcript of Hearing

a)         After the transcript is received from the court reporter, the Hearing Officer will send copies of the transcript to the parties.  Suggested corrections to the transcript of record may be offered within 10 days after the transcript is received by the parties.

b)         Any person may inspect and copy the hearing record pursuant to Access to Information of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (35 Ill. Adm. Code 160).
