Section 254.136  Confidentiality and Trade Secret Protection

Information reported in any Annual Emissions Report or Seasonal Emissions Report and claimed to be confidential or a trade secret shall be subject to the procedures for submitting, identifying and protecting such information that are set forth in 415 ILCS 5/7 and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 130.
