Section 307.2000  General Provisions

a)         Applicability.  This Subpart K applies to any textile mill or textile processing facility that introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a POTW.

b)         General definitions.  The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 410.01 (2003).  This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.
