Section 307.2406 Bulk Organic Chemicals
a) Applicability. This Section applies to discharges of process wastewater resulting from the manufacture of the products classified under SIC 2865 or 2869, bulk organic chemicals and bulk organic chemical groups, as defined in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, incorporated by reference in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 310.107, listed in this subsection. Product groups are indicated with an asterisk (*).
